This Subscription and Refund Policy outlines how our billing works, subscription plans, payment methods, cancelation procedures, and refund options. Billing Cycle

  • Charging Process:
    Users are billed at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., the first day of the month or the year, depending on the plan). Charges are automatically processed using the payment method provided during initial sign-up.

    By default, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you must turn off the auto-renewal feature in your account settings.

  • How to Cancel Auto-Renewal:
    If you wish to stop auto-renewal, simply log into your account, go to the subscription settings, and turn off auto-renewal. Canceling auto-renewal will prevent future charges but will not affect your current access, which will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancelation Policy

  • How to Cancel a Subscription:
    You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription section, or by contacting customer support. Follow the prompts to complete the cancelation process.
  • Effective Date of Cancellation:
    Cancelations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. This means you will still have access to all services and features until your current subscription term expires, even after initiating the cancelation.
  • Access After Cancellation:
    After canceling your subscription, you will maintain access to Learners Lab's services until the end of the billing period for which you’ve already paid. After that, your access to premium features will be discontinued.

Promotional Pricing and Discounts

    From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or special discounts to new or existing subscribers. These promotions typically have a limited time frame and may revert to standard pricing after the promotional period ends.
  • Eligibility for Promotions:

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

    If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. The cancelation takes effect immediately and no payment is required.
  • Cancelation After Free Trial:
    If you cancel immediately after your free trial ends, charges may apply. Refunds for users who cancel just after the free trial period are not guaranteed and will be considered only if no services were used.

Processing Time

    Refunds typically take between 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and banking procedures. You will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Service Disruptions
